Dreams need to be supported like fruits on a tree. If your dream is to reach a consistent monthly income of $15,000, then you have to have reasons for selecting that amount. Perhaps you need to send your children to college, or you want to leave your present job, or you just want to take a nice vacation every year. The point is that if you have a strong "why", then you are more likely to achieve your goal. This is the essence of true motivation and you will need it for overcoming the obstacles when you encounter them. Notice I said WHEN you encounter them and not IF you encounter them - because you will somewhere along the line.
Many people join a network marketing opportunity just to appease a friend or family member. But let me ask you, what exactly do you expect from this kind of recruit? The problem is that there is not real strong reason for them to start this business, so it is almost a guarantee that they will fail. The fact is that success usually happens when it is forced upon us and we have no other option.
For some people thier motivation is to spend more time with their family because they don't want to be a stranger to their children. Many are just fed up with the 9-5 grind and want to fire their bosses. All of these are legimate reasons to be motivated, you just need to identify and focus on yours.
